Lehigh Southwest Cement

Permanente’s APPC (Premium All-Purpose Plastering Cement) is a plastering cement developed to fill the plastering industry’s need for high strength, low shrinkage, easily pumpable plastering cement. It is used in stucco (exterior plaster) applications. The primary ingredients contain a mixture of portland cement and a plasticizing material (such as limestone), together with an additive introduced to enhance workability, water retention and durability.
